Today Uncle Shayne visited our tiny school in Petersham. We showed him around our school and he taught us the Dharawal Whale Dreaming story. The story taught us about sharing, not being selfish and to not trick people to get what you want. Uncle Shayne then programmed with our teachers and principal so that we can continue to learn about our First Nations cultures. Our students had lots of questions for Uncle Shayne and we can’t wait to see him again. It was awesome!
